What we collect
Right now: nothing. This site has no analytics, no ads, no trackers, and no cookies. The sign-up form is not switched on yet and saves nothing.
When sign-up opens, we will ask parents and teachers (18+) for an email address only, to send show news and launch updates. We never ask children for personal information.
Who processes it
Our email list will be run by Kit (ConvertKit), a US-based email service that acts as our processor. Your email may be stored and processed in the United States. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
Your rights
Wherever you live, including under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, you can:
- Access: ask what we hold about you.
- Correct: fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete: ask us to erase your data.
- Unsubscribe: one click in any email, anytime. Consent is how we email you, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
- Complain: you can contact your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK).
To use any of these rights, email support@glitchandgrins.ai. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Kids
Kids' pages will have no forms, no analytics, and videos that load only when you click.
